Anybody else watch Highway Through Hell on The Weather Channel?

In the last episode they had a little side feature about the !!!error: Indecipherable SUB-paragraph formatting!!! in Lac La Biche, Alberta. They race Chevettes around a snow/ice course. Looks pretty damn fun.

I've been watching it online... had no idea it was a Weather channel thing, figured it was Discovery or History. But I was actually realizing a couple months ago that I might have met Al Quiring once. I don't remember the details fully (none of it was important at the time), but there was a girl going to my highschool for a bit, whose last name was Quiring, who was from Chilliwack, whose dad had something to do with tow trucks, and was named Al. He was visiting once (I lived a loooong way from Southern BC, so it was "special" for him to be there) and my memory of the brief encounter is a face that looks an awful lot like Al Quiring's... so yeah.

Chevette racing was awesome, too. I'm a fan of Chevettes for some unknown reason.

Yeah, I think it airs on another network first and then re-airs on the Weather Channel later. I'm fascinated by the trucks so I love watching it. I'm guessing there aren't too many guys named Al Quiring who work in the Canadian towing industry.
